The Contraband
The McNeese State University Police Department is seeking information in locating and identifying this vehicle. The vehicle, a black Dodge Charger equipped with hood scoop, rear spoiler, and low profile rims, is being sought in connection with an ongoing obscenity investigation.
According to police sources, a male approached a female student in the parking garage, exposing himself and 'manipulating his genitals.' Students should not approach the vehicle or the driver, but a photo of the driver and the license plate would be helpful.
